Terms and Conditions
By ticking the "I have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions" box you agree to these terms and conditions. By completing and submitting the following electronic order you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract with:

By placing an order you agree that all the information provided by you is accurate and complete.
Neither submitting an electronic order form or completing the check-out process constitutes Leda´s acceptence of an order.
A receipt of payment does not mean that Leda has accepted an order. Leda receives the right to return the payment if the order is refused.
If your order is for some reason rejected you will be informed as soon as possible.
The contract is subject to Icelandic law, which complies with EU/EEA consumer legislation. You may also have further mandatory rights under the statutory law of the country or state of your habitual residence.
English is the language offered to conclude the contract.
The prices of the Snorricam are stated in US Dollars. Prices include taxes, but not custom duties and delivery costs.
Customs and taxes
Custom and tax duties vary from country to country and/or state to state. Your purchase may be subject to custom and/or tax duties. For best advice, contacting your local customs office is recommended.
Delivery Costs and Terms
Delivery is paid by customer unless otherwise negotiated.
Further information on delivery costs, terms and tracking are provided by the logistics company performing the delivery.
Leda accepts credit card payments. Snorricam and shipping is charged in advance.
Leda will execute your order within 2 business days from the day payment has been made, provided that the goods are in stock. If the goods are unavailable you will be informed. Leda will execute your order within 30 business days of this situation.
Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 days from the time of delivery. Where the right of withdrawal has been exercised by you pursuant to this, Leda is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by you free of charge. The only charge made to you because of the exercise of this right of withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods. Such reimbursement will be carried out as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.

LEDA WARRANTS ITS PRODUCTS TO BE FREE FROM MANUFACTURING FAULTS AND DEFECTS FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS AFTER THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. THIS WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES TO THE ORIGINAL BUYER AND IS NOT TRANSFERABLE. PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED WITH ALL POTENTIAL WARRANTY CLAIMS. ANY ITEM REPLACED UNDER THIS WARRANTY WILL BE COVERED BY A WARRANTY PERIOD EQUAL TO THE REMAINING PART OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF THE ORIGINAL ITEM.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU ADDITIONAL RIGHTS BEYOND MANDATORY STATUTORY RIGHTS.
LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY
LAUF FORKS DOES NOT WARRANT AGAINST FAILURE OR DAMAGE DUE TO MISUSE SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INCORRECT INSTALLATION OR ADJUSTMENT, POOR MAINTENANCE, NEGLECT AND ALTERNATION OF THE PRODUCT, UNLESS EXPRESSLY PERMITTED BY LEDA.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT CAUSED BY A CRASH IMPACT, ABUSE OF THE PRODUCT, NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE SPECIFICATIONS OF ITS USAGE (INTENDED USE) OR ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO FORCES OR LOADS BEYOND ITS DESIGN.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY WHEN THE SERIAL NUMBER OR PRODUCTION CODE HAS BEEN DELIBERATELY ALTERED, DEFACED OR REMOVED.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER GENERAL WEAR AND TEAR OF THE PRODUCT.
ULTRAVIOLET RADIATION DETERIORATION OF CARBON FIBER STRUCTURES CAUSED BY THE SNORRICAM BEING STORED OVER EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME WHERE EXPOSED TO DIRECT SUNLIGHT WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY.
Lack of Conformity
If you detect a lack of conformity you must inform Leda within a period of two months from the date on which you detected it.
If lack of conformity is confirmed within the warranty period Leda will replace your Snorricam and cover the necessary costs incurred to bring the goods into conformity.
Complaints and Warranty Claims
Eventual complaints and/or warranty claims shall be sent to Leda at email@example.com
If and when Leda needs to receive the product, you will be contacted with information on how to resend the product.
The parties of this Agreement shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If an amicable agreement is not reached, you can sumbit a notification to

or at their on-line portal
The parties submit all their disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Iceland.
